When Ethan took multiple naps per day, I was able to cook a lot of meals from scratch. Ethan is down to one nap and I have yet to figure out how to make dinners like this again.

I used the whole wheat dough recipe from sugarfreemom.com. Instead of making the calzone that it calls for, I used half of the dough for pizza that night, and froze the other half for another day. The whole wheat dough is delicious and I love that it isn't addictive.

It's up to you what you put on the pizza dough. I had green bell peppers, chicken, mozzarella cheese, red onion, and barbecue sauce in the fridge. Enjoy!
