This cute boy knows how to get in trouble! He must be a two-year-old :)
Ethan is really good about hanging out on his own, now that he is two years old. I still have to keep a sharp eye on him, though! It truly only takes him 10 seconds to get into trouble! My fun, crazy, cute, wild boy :)
The Inury
It is still too painful to run... I talked to one of my friends yesterday, and she told me that she is recovering form the same injury!! Hers was developed from a much more legitimate reason. Her ankle started hurting after completing a half marathon. Mine was developed over training for a race!
She gave me some wonderful tips and stretching ideas that will hopefully get me back to my running schedule soon. I'm trying to be positive and hope that I'll still be able to run a half marathon in June. However, I must have a plan B and C.
Plan B: I will run a 10k, which shouldn't be a problem at all. Plan C: Worst case scenario, I run a 5k. Surely I won't have to do that, though. I just like to have a lot of back-up plans.

Monday's Work Out
The first time I did this work out, with five pound weights the whole time, I was sooooo sore the next day! I am so happy to see progress, as I didn't feel sore at all after doing this exercise yesterday.
I also did the first and second body slimming video. I will try to follow these exercises almost daily, because I can literally see the progress it is giving to my stomach muscles. After having a c-section, and who knows where the muscles were pushed during that surgery, it's pretty exciting to see abs again.
Tuesday
I did the inner thigh work out and the 1st body slimming video today. I like that I have trained myself to fit in at least 30 minutes of a work out for most days of the week. It is a habit I am happy to make :)
