School started this week. I'm still working 12 hours every week, and as this is my last semester, I've got my work cut out for me! I ran 4 times this week. (That's the goal.) And I'm still playing around with my schedule to see when the best time to go is. I tried waking up at 5 a couple days and that was okay, but it's still dark and I'd rather be running outside. (Then it snowed in the middle of the week so that didn't happen!)

Wednesday- 4 miles
Thursday- 5 miles 40 reps on ab machine, and Pilates
Friday- Rest
Saturday- 4.7

Recent Miles: 6, 1 1/2 (plus a good strength training work out).
