I found my new favorite snack. The kind of snack my body appreciates! I am officially a fan of butternut squash!
They taste like fries to me! I like them BETTER than fries, which is why I make them so often. Unfortunately and fortunately, I made a chipotle sauce to dip the fries in, and it's rather tasty. I thought I would share the simple recipes.

If you want to be healthier than me, the baked squash really is tasty on its own. If you want a sauce with a hint of spice to it, here is a simple recipe.
